+ I can't decide which coffee to try! Can you help?

Yes!! We love talking about coffee! Email us at info@leap.coffee or call the Roastery at 760-448-6167, and our team will recommend the perfect cup to suit your taste preferences.

+ How often do you roast your coffee?

Our coffees are roasted in small batches (6-7lb each), at least three days a week, in order to keep fresh stock on hand at all times. All online orders will be shipped within two days of roast date.

+ Are your coffees organic?

We always source the highest quality coffees we can get our hands on, and take great care in conveying transparent information about the farmers we purchase them from. Though we try to source as many certified Organic coffees as we can find, the price tag of the Organic certification is often more expensive than some farm can afford, even if they utilize similarly sustainable farming practices.

+ How long does it take to ship my order?

Online orders are typically shipped the next business day, and no more than two business days later. All orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.

+ What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.), and PayPal. Our mobile site also accepts payment through Apple Pay and Facebook Pay. You can also check out through Shop Pay, which allows you to securely save your payment method for future purchases. 

+ What shipping services do you use?

We ship using USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground. We always choose the fastest shipping method to ensure the freshest coffee deliveries.

+ How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer $7.00 flat rate shipping for all domestic orders. Orders of three or more 12oz bags receive FREE shipping, and all orders of $45.00 or more also ship FREE.

Want to avoid the shipping fee? We also offer local pickup from both our Sabre Springs Cafe and our Escondido Roastery! Select this option at checkout, and we will send an email notification when your order is ready to pick up.

+ Help! It's been more than five days and my order still hasn't arrived!

+ Do you offer coffee subscriptions?

We have several subscription options available! Our Roasters Choice Subscription is a once-per-month option for regular deliveries of coffee selected by our Head Roaster.

Our House Favorites Subscription is a twice-per-month option for regular deliveries of your choice of one of our House coffee offerings -- Sweet Cheeks, Cheers, or Decaf. 

You can also subscribe for regular deliveries of your favorite coffee through its individual product page. Subscribe and save 10% on each delivery!

+ How can I modify/cancel my coffee subscription?

Get in touch with us at 760-448-6167 or orders@leap.coffee for help with managing your subscription! We can help you with adding or swapping products, postponing deliveries, and more!

+ Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns and exchanges may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Please call us at the Roastery (760-448-6167), or send an email to orders@leap.coffee if you are dissatisfied with the quality of your purchase. 

+ How can I purchase a gift card?

We have separate gift cards available for both our online store and our Cafe locations! Please call us at the Roastery (760-448-6167) or send an email to orders@leap.coffee, and we can help you purchase the gift card of your choice.

+ Do you offer any coffee classes?

Yes! We love sharing as much coffee knowledge as possible! Get in touch with our Head Roaster Brea (breanna@leap.coffee) to schedule an event for your group. Classes can be arranged between 9am and 12pm, Monday through Saturday, with at least one week notice.
