This sweet, well-rounded coffee comes to us from the Beneficio Palmichal farm in Costa Rica. Its founder Manuel Rojas Arias is called the pioneer of coffee farming in the mountain region of Palmichal, and his legacy has produced high-quality, high-grown coffee since the farm’s first harvest in 1933. The washed coffee we selected is bright, balanced, and highly approachable, making it an excellent choice for those looking to expand their palate and explore single-origin coffees for the first time. We love its crisp apple notes rounded out with a maple-like sweetness, and think that adding a little cream enhances that sweetness even more.
