We have high standards for our coffee, and promise roast consistency between different batches. If you purchase a bag of coffee that tastes different than a previous roast, and are thereby unsatisfied with its quality, please let us know! We will replace the "defective" bag with another bag of fresh-roasted coffee, either of the same coffee or another of equal value.
To process a return, we require provide proof of original purchase, and a detailed explanation of your dissatisfaction with the product. We reserve the right to evaluate them on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility for return. We also require return of the original product, so that our roasting team can taste the coffee for quality issues.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at firstname.lastname@example.org.
