Shipping Policy

Our current production roast days are Mondays and Thursdays. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In order to ensure the freshest deliveries possible, all coffees will be shipped no more than 3 days past roast date (excluding "Roast Overflow / We Made Too Much" coffee sales).

We always utilize shipping options with stated delivery within 1-3 business days. However, there may be unexpected delays due to the pandemic that are outside of Leap Coffee's control -- i.e. with USPS or other delivery carriers. If you have questions about shipping timelines or other specific delivery questions, please get in touch at orders@leap.coffee.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Flat Rate Shipping: We offer $7 flat rate shipping on all orders within the domestic United States. This shipping fee is paid by the customer, to ensure that Leap can provide the fastest delivery time possible.

Free Shipping is offered on orders of 3 or more 12oz bags, and on all orders over $45.

We ship orders using USPS and UPS, always choosing the most affordable shipping option with the quickest delivery dates. We guarantee delivery within 1 to 2 business days for orders within Southern California, and within 3 business days outside of California.
