Shipping Policy

Our current production roast days are Mondays and Thursdays. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In order to ensure the freshest deliveries possible, all coffees will be shipped no more than 3 days past roast date (excluding "Roast Overflow / We Made Too Much" coffee sales).

We always utilize shipping options with stated delivery within 1-3 business days. However, there may be unexpected delays due to the pandemic that are outside of Leap Coffee's control -- i.e. with USPS or other delivery carriers.
